How much would my nose job cost, and when should I schedule my consultation?

I am planning on getting my nose done in about 9 months, and I was wondering how much my type of nose job should cost- I want to shave down the bump on my nose to make it more straight. Ok, whatcha think? 4,000 dollars? And also, when should I schedule my consultation with my surgeon? Please and thank you! No haters, please. I'm an adult, and I don't need anyone lecturing me.

1. You can actually have that done free via medical insurance. Just go in and say that you have sinus problems and/or problems breathing (i.e. snoring) and they will give you a nose job, charge it to the insurance and reconfigure your nose. My friend did it and she looks incredible.
