how much does plastic surgery cost to cover burnt scars? ?

hi, i was burnt with hot tea when i was i younger, and now i've been scarred for the rest of my life.. (its on my leg... kneecap-down to my ankle) i really don't like it and don't feel comfortable with it being there, therefore i really want to have plastic surgery done. so, i was just wondering how much it would cost approximately in the UK? also do you think it is safer to do it here in the UK or abroad? thanks in advance.
