Plastic surgery... good or bad?

Do you think plastic surgery is a good thing or is it a bad thing that should be avoided.

Public Comments

  1. bad
  2. Its up to you, if you want it do it
  3. depends on the circumstances and what its on
  4. BAD!!!!! People should thank God of what they have ^^ No fake beauties please, only natural
  5. Good, if you are really unhappy about something on your body that you really want to change to make you feel better.. Also bad in cases like when many celebrities who are already beautiful go under the knife for various reasons over and over again just because they fancy a change :) i love jordan but she really does not need any more surgery :) x
  6. Good if it is nessecary eg , wonky nose, bubbly butt n so on Bad if its something like boob job , wrinkle fixer n so on Only get it if it is realllyyyy nessecary. It costs a bomb! Get botox instead its cheaper and less painfull
  7. It can be good, and it can be bad. It's good if it's used in the correct circumstances, and if it makes someone feel better about themselves, and they don't go too over the top with it. The celebrities that can afford to go under the kinfe and end up looking like barbie dolls need to be stopped.
  8. its not "god" hu decided how u look like. genes. juts stay how u r, bet u look cool, we dont want a second michael jackson!! welll its expensive and ruins skin in the area, might occasionly fall off like michael jacksons nose!
  9. Hmmmm.... its good in some situations but then you get people going over the top and getting addicted to it.... i mean look at some top stars around today who have gone way overboard and they look ridiculous.... Jordan being the most noticeable atm. If you are doing it because you genuinly have an issue... like losing a huge amount of weight and having the excess skin removed then i consider it to be good. Or if you have really big boobs and they cause you other health problems then i think things like reductions are ok too. But when you have wafer thin people having tummy tucks and boob jobs for nothing more than vanity then it is wrong.
  10. I think your appearance affects your self esteem hugely. So if your not entirely happy with something then why not fix it? Its when people go over board that it looks terrible. Thats when it turns others off it though - so in a way its a good thing.
  11. I think plastic surgery may be a good solution if you had to cope with difficult situations (for example a fire incident etc ) If you need plastic surgery because you don't like your body or because you fell less beautiful and you think you can't "touch" the standards of beauty I think it's wrong because in that case there's no difference between drugs , alcohol or cigarettes :it will be always something that you find outside of you and not in your heart and external things can't be controlled .. they finish by dominating your life . Let's find force and love in our therts , in the deepest places of our soules.
  12. Depends on the individual. If they are emotionally and physically ready to go through with any procedure.
  13. Bad. Learn to live with what you have.
  14. bad... u should appreciate God's gift to you. but for liberated people., its okay for them as long as they have the money and it makes them happy.
  15. I think its good if it is going to make a person feel better about themselves and if they are doing it purely for themselves and not trying to change for anyone else then its completely fine. Not in the sense of getting so much that you look like Michael Jackson but if its going to make a person more comfortable in their skin then why not? (",)
  16. depends if its needed or not. cosmetic surgery is just vain....surgery is ok for u if u need to have it not want to.
  17. First ask yourself honestly what will change after the procedure. If your answer is better self image, then make the appointment. I have had a tummy tuck and botox, and feel that it is merely maintenance for an aging body. If you feel your life will completely change, don't do it.
  18. i think why not if you have the money i would if i could :) boob job laser eye surgery (i wear glasses) and american smile that would do me :]
  19. In my opinion it depends on the circumstance. Some people can completely over board with the amount of plastic surgery they have. It's absolutely ridiculous! However, if a plastic surgery procedure can make a person feel 100 times more confident in life and be able to enjoy the life they have more then i don't see anything wrong in it.
