If your friend had a plastic surgery and looked worse than before, would you tell her?

Would you tell her the honest truth, when she asks how it looks? Or sometimes white lies are the best solution?

11. I had plastic surgery & I preferred when a friend was honest & told me that I looked worse. I kind of knew it already, but hearing it from a friend made me know for sure. Now I skip the surgery & go straight for friendship, it lasts longer & costs less.
