My life is falling apart because I feel so ugly, help?

I'm not a shallow person and I never judge people on the way they look but my appearance is stopping me from living my life. I've hardly left my house in almost 10 months because I just cant face being in public, the whole time I'm out all that goes through my head is what people must be thinking when they look at me and see how ugly I am. Every time I see someone beautiful I get so angry that I cant be like that, why did I have to be ugly? All the billions of stunning people in the world and I couldn't be one of them! It upsets me so much. I want plastic surgery more than anything but wont be old enough for quite a few years. I've self harmed for nearly a year now and nothing I do to change myself makes me look or feel any better. I just don't know what to do anymore. People tell me I'm being stupid and that I'm gorgeous but all I have to do is look in the mirror to know that there lying. I have bad skin and the most awful hair, I'm fat and have discusting teeth. I just cant take it anymore I feel useless and suicidal.

  1. To start with, lose weight. Cut out all junk food, eat only stuff that is good for you. Lots of fruit and veggies, and a little meat or fish. This will also help your skin and your hair. Start flossing your teeth and brushing them every time you eat. If you brush with a little baking soda it will help whiten them. Then brush again with regular tooth paste. I don't know how old you are, but maybe you can talk to a counselor or therapist about your self image. Most people are NOT gorgeous, they are just average looking. Also, if you start feeling better about yourself, it will affect your looks too. Do you smile? Start smiling a lot. Hope this helps.
  2. 1st of all nobody is truly ugly inside we all beautiful outside we are all differant to one person you may appear to look nice to someone else you may not if you don't like your looks, so something about it, how about a new hair style, haircutting schools are reasonable you can look for sales and get new clothes try new make up, look in the newspaper for a place that does free make over ask social services maybe they will pay to have your teeth fixed there are plenty of things you can do eat healthy and your looks will improve
