I would like to get a nose job, but I need to be at work everyday. How do I get around this hurdle?

I am interested in getting a nose job soon. I can't really take anymore time off of work. I understand that a nose procedure takes time to heal, I'm not sure how long I have to wear bandages for. All information/personal experiences/ideas relating to this procedure and my situation would be helpful. tell everyone you were in a accident and go to work.
You will ned to be off work for several weeks to heal properly - and not lookd like a trainwreck -- I guess you'd better work a lot of overtime and build up some days you can take off - and postpone your surgery until them --
Depending on your job, you can probably go back within a week (i.e. desk job) You will look awful, but will be healed enough to do it.
