If you have liposuction on your abdomen and then exercise and eat right where would you lose the weight mostly

Wouldn't you lose it mostly on your face, arms, and legs? Or would it be harder to lose weight at all? Please help?

  1. Ideally you should lose weight before getting liposuction. No matter how thin I got, I still had saddlebags and bigger thighs than I wanted. Six years ago I had lipo, and the doctor suggested sucking the fat cells from my belly, even though I was thin, because if I gained that is where the weight would probably go. So I had lipo on the inner knees, saddlebag area, and tummy. Now if gain weight, it goes above the waist which is where I was always small. I have gained a cup size while having a smaller lower body. Once the lipo is done, those fat cells never come back. But if you do gain weight, it will find a new home. So, depending on how your body gains weight, it really could go anywhere. Some people have toothpick legs and a larger belly, while some have large legs and a tiny waist. It's all genetic, so it will vary from individual to individual.
