Any expert in this please help?

Hi..I really have big arms and the rest of my body parts are quite normal and look Ok. Just because of my big arms I can't wear sleeveless tops and It looks odd and totally I look big or fat because of my big arms. I am planning togo for liposuction to take fat off my arms. Is it advisable or does it have any sideeffects? Or do u guys have any other advise on this. Please help.

1. i think liposuction is little extreme but also expensive. have you tried arm exercises?
2. a very common side effect of liposuction is that your skin would appear lumpy, almost like cellulite would be but worse.lol.very expensive step really just to achieve bumby arms.i would reccomend arm exercises and maybe buring wrist weights, very light weight strapped aound both wrists, wear them all day and you dont even realise how much of a workout your arms are doing
