Liposucture on arms?

Hi all, Im 25 and have the most massive arms in proportion with my body, I have inherited these from my grandmother, who also shared my problem. They make me SO unhappy, sometimes I cry I get so upset, does anyone have any good or bad experiences with arm liposuction?? Also am I right in thinking the cost is about $5000AUS. Thank you
