- Why not eat healthy and work out? *Problem solved*
- No, you're much too young... you're body is still changing. Also liposuction is ridiculously painful. There are other options. Gastric-bypass perhaps? Although I think you may be too young for that too.
- well the first thing you need to know is that lipo often causes people to look lumpy, not skinny..your skin will actually appear older and have more wrinkles due to the lost fat..just go on line and look at the healed results, the whole thing is disgusting/
- NO - dont do it....start walking and moving - if you get lipo - you look all bumpy and uneven - dimply. Get a good healthy diet plan and get moving. Lipo is a quick fix - and if you regained the fat - it would fill in and more faster... We want you to be healthy on your own - put away the chocolate and get off the couch!! If you are depressed - get a consultation. GOOD LUCK!
- Your body needs to kind of finish maturing, you know? Just an additional fact..Kathy Griffin wrote an article.. "lipo sucks!" about how lipo almost killed her. She almost bled to death. Check it out for a thought. Self esteem is rough. I KNOW! What if you would walk more and boost those endorphins. Certainly couldn't hurt. Good luck girlfriend.
- No Dr. will agree to that. You need to go on a diet and exercise to firm up your body.
- um don't, liposuction is great for a quick fix but it doesn't stay that way, its not good for your body. and don't you think your going a wee bit overboard? liposuction might seem ok because its gotten kinda popular and you don't really hear about those mishaps. your young you can fix things you don't like about yourself with a good diet and exercise schedule, why go through the hassle of surgery? take the time to take care of yourself if its that bad rather than do something drastic like having that much surgery, hell it'll save you money and it'll be worth it in the long run.
- I have to agree with your parents on this one, sorry...Till you are 18 and can make your own disisions and can afford this very expensive procedure (check around, it will vary from 15 to 50 thousand; if you want what you have mentioned above). First in the mean time though, get your self healthy. Go to your doctor and have a real talk with him/her. They will give you a calorier amount to go by and what to cut out of food intake that is making you overweight. Plus, they will give you guidelines on some excersing. One of the best is walking, low impact with a great punch in the end. Start out slow and add each week or two. Don't weight yourself each day, only once a week. Measure yourself at first and take a picture before your start all this. This will show you your progress, you will amaze yourself. If you plan on this kind of surgery in the future, then you need to get healthy first. Be good to yourself, you so deserve it! You are the only one to build that self-esteem and keep that drive. You have to make yourself happy and making this work for you will make you proud of yourself. Remember this is not an overnight glamour workout, this is a life changing, everyday thing that will keep you at your best and you will love yourself in the end. Your doctor will agree with the follow, but please don't quote me, double check with you doctor first, I did... #1 things to cut out of your everyday eating...ALL SUGARS; candy, cookies, cakes, soda pop, juices (high in sugar) and energy drinks (bad for you!). Look at the back of everything...if it is under 5 grams of sugar, go for it. #2 things to be careful of...CARBS; don't cut them out completely, there are good carbs and bad carbs, this is what your doctor needs to go over with you. Your body needs carbs as well as proteins. #3 Drink lots of water, when thirsty, drink water...try it with a lemon or lime, even and orange wedge squeezed in it, what a treat that is for the pallet.
- Well you are just 16 and too young for that kind of operations... just wait for some more time... 1 more piece of advice if you are looking for these to make sure that your friends like you then thats a bad idea get those operations done just for your self esteem... see you can buils your self esteem by thinking positive and by thinking the right way and not letting people influence the way you think... hope it helped you
- Liposuction surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America. Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star. http://www.forerunnershealthcare.com Hope this helps.
- Sorry, but you are too young to be having liposuction and you can't just suck fat out from all over, especially if you really need to lose weight. Liposuction just removes small stubborn areas of fat that won't shift with diet and exercise. My suggestion to you is to spend the next couple of years getting in shape and then when you are 18, liposuction can finish of those remaining problem areas if necessary. HTH : )
