What happens to the skin after liposuction on chin??

After the fat is removed, does the sking just hang there like a turkey?

1. Liposuction does not remove a ton of material, so usually the skin tightens up on it's own

4. Well it depends on if the chin was reeeeeeeeally fat, or just slightly fat. If it was really fat, I doubt it will snap back in a few years... skin has elasticity to a point, but only to a point. All liposuction does is get rid of the fat cells in the area where it was suctioned. This means you will never get fat in the area you have lipsuctioned again. I've heard of people who are the exception, but they are few and far between.
