Is there such thing as facial Liposuction to the "cheeks" rather than the bottom of the chin? ?

If so how much would it cost aproxemately. If so how much would it cost becuase my entire body is bacically anorexic (extremely skinny) bacically bone and muscle but my cheeks are just these fat little chipmunk things. Its like my face doesnt fit my body so i wanted to get rid of it all in order to establish an equilibrium.
