Where is a good reliable low cost liposuction surgeon in Korea?

I need to have some lipo suction on my neck below my chin .I have checked the prices in Thailand and Philippines and is certainly cheaper than elswhere but would have to pay for a plane ticket as well.I am living in S. Korea for several more years and need to find a good low cost lipo suction surgeon.All help appreciated.

1. Sorry but.......................... "good & reliable" don't usually go with "low cost" when you are talking about doctors. Would you be looking for "low cost" if it were a neurosurgon you were needing?? I think you may want to pay the right price for the right job, don't mess with anything less. (hey I rhymed)
