Those surgeries really fcuked her up. The bad wigs, pointy chin, altered cheeks, bad liposuction, and now she just had her tata's enlarged again. What do u think is really goin on in her brain? 1. Well Kim is always about change and probably is insecure from the way she looked before the surgeries when she first got her boobs done and her nose it wasn't that bad. Plus she has the persona of the black barbie doll. It also might be an addiction to her some people are just lazy and don't want to go to the gym so do liposuction. For some people what is big to you when compared to other people in hollywood might not be how they feel. If your life revolves around be bigger and better then the next chick most people seem to get cared away.
