1. if you go to a reputable surgeon then lipo tends to start at around £2,500 and increases with the amount of fat to be removed
2. facial liposuction? uh my dad is a plastic surgeon and i have never heard of this... they cannot do it due to the small space and the size of the nozzle used. sorry. there are other methods though.
